The room was the perfect size and in a perfect location in the building. The room was clean and very little outside noise. I really like the full size refrigerator and dishes/flatware. But the best thing was the separate sitting room. Like a small apartment. Very impressed.

We stayed here when we went to Keenland for a day and spent the night here. It was a good price for what you got. Thank God it had 3 tv’s in the 2 bedroom suite.

The parking is the only thing I didn’t like. I wish there was more. A bigger variety of breakfast for my picky eater. Otherwise it was absolutely amazing!!

I mistakenly left a pair of pants behind in my room. When I realized that a couple hours later I called the hotel and they said they would check the room. The room had already been cleaned and wouldn’t you know no one said they found my pants but I’m sure they found the $100 that was in the pocket. Sure they may not be responsible for lost or stolen items but it sure says a lot about the integrity of the people working there!!

Excellent staff, nice place
We stayed at this hotel in our hometown while having work done on our house. We chose it because it was pet friendly and had larger suites than most of the places available. The room is a bit dated but fully functional, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient. However, the real stand-out was the extremally good staff. They were friendly and helpful and made our stay that much better.

The toilet in the room was clogged and dirty and there was wet toilet paper in the floor. We tried to get another room but they said they were full. They did let us use a plunger so my husband was able to get the crap down but the plunger was necessary for each time it needed flushing. There were no other rooms in the area available. They would not give us a credit.

This is an older property that needs a big makeover. The room phones don't work, there are no streaming services on the TVs, and the bathroom fixtures are very dated. Breakfast is a sad affair, and there are no restaurants right by the hotel. You definitely need a car. Additionally, I had called ahead requesting feather free bedding because I have asthma. It wasn't attended to and I had to wait while they redid the bed at check-in. Thankfully the appliances all work and there's plenty of parking.

A girls trip
Three friends came to Lexington to visit a dear friend. Your staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious with all the amenities. We were so pleased. We would reccomend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Shower head absolutely disgusting nasty
The shower head hadn’t been cleaned for a while (it was gross). This is how people develop a type of Pulmonary MAC. This isn’t good at all. Plus the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain.
This is how people contact a type of pulmonary MAC.  I’m familiar because my husband has MAC and the specialist references hotels and shower heads, plus soil, etc

When we got in the air dis nit work in one if the rooms. They did comp us another room. So we split up so everyone could sleep. The room they comp us was dirty. Please check the pull out beds if you are going to use it. My biggest complaint would be that it was hard to get our child in thay is in a wheelchair. Not all doors are handicap approved.

When we get there late in the evening, the room was not ready. They couldn't get it ready and no equal room was available. We got a suit with just one bed.

Checkin very efficient. Breakfast above average. Wifi very poor, beds hard and room dated but functional. Be advised that they only offer room service once every 4 days and it has to be arranged in advance! Would stay for the food if they improve wifi. There was a pool but even though it was the middle of June, it was only half filled.

The room was very nice, tvery clean and well maintained. Nice layout it was an exceptional layout and we were very pleased with the room itself. I was rather disappointed with the breakfast. The sausages and the potatoes were cold and there was a very limited supply of bread and pastry and very little fruit.
