Great Waterfront Getaway

Everything is as advertised! We appreciated access to water activities and really enjoyed the kayaks and the awesome screened in porch overlooking the lake. It was a great vacay for our furry family, too, as a dog-friendly property. Rikky was super helpful and communicative and we look forward to a future stay!

Girls weekend

Beautiful property, quiet stay on high rock lake for a group of performers at Hippie Fest. We combined our performances with a girls weekend and it was amazing. Great location, we enjoyed kayaking and the fire pit.

Beautiful comfy house on the lake

House was beautiful. Lovely evenings spent playing cards in the screened porch enjoying the sounds. House was clean and updated nicely. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Check in and out was easy.

Perfection

The house was beautiful and the cove was quiet. We spent all of our time enjoying the outdoors. The bonus was that the fire was built in the pit, all we had to do was light it. Perfection.

Wonderful property

We had a great time at this property. Everything was clean and ready, kayaks were in working order and well maintained. Our kids loved fishing and kayaking. One thing we overlooked was the amount of small life vests we needed and I wish we had brought some of our own. There were some small available just not in the quantity we needed.

Amazing lake house right on the water in a quiet, peaceful cove. House is exactly as advertised with lots of great amenities and was super clean. Had a great time letting our dog swim, fishing from the dock and paddle boarding. We brought our boat and were able to keep it at the dock for the week. Hosts were super nice and very quick to respond and fix a small issue we had right away. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend to others!!!! By far one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in!

We had a great time kayaking on High Rock Lake. We also enjoyed the town of Lexinton for a couple nights of dinner out. The house and property was all that was stated in listing. The host, Rikky, was very responsive to any question or needs. Thanks

Wonderful lake house! 5 star stay!!

My husband, son and I enjoyed a long weekend at this property. The house and it’s location is great! The kitchen is fully stocked if you’d like to cook, and there are plenty of great restaurants less than 20 minutes away. We loved sitting on the screened in porch admiring the view. The house is only minutes from the boat landing if you plan to bring a boat & there is dock right in the back yard. Everything you need for a relaxing weekend is included with the rental such as kayaks, a paddleboard, games, fire pit, etc. The home is also pet friendly so our pup was able to enjoy the weekend with us! Rikky, our host, was absolutely amazing to work with. I was able to communicate very easily with him & always received prompt replies. We are already looking forward to another weekend here soon!

Wonderful home! Great hosts! Lovely lake!

I’m not actually sure what I liked the most, the house, the lake, or the hosts! From the very beginning we felt very welcomed and confident that our stay would be safe, accommodating, and fun. So much fun!! Rikky was amazing to communicate with and you can tell he and his wife take great pride in making sure their guests have a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend! Definitely will be back!

Awsome house

This is a beautiful and comfortable home right on the lake. The location was perfect for spring fishing access to various parts of High Rock. And fishing in the secluded cove this house sits on was excellent as well. Rikky was a pleasure to communicate with and we could not have asked for more. All amenities listed were as good or better than stated.
