The space
The home backs up to Glenn’s Creek, which also flows past Woodford Reserve Distillery and Castle and Key Distillery. The back yard and patio is the perfect place to soak in the authentic vibes of Kentucky.

This was a very nice property that it was obvious the owners take a lot of pride in making sure it is well taken care of. We were there to enjoy the bourbon trail and relax. The location is an ideal for going to many distilleries. We went to10 distilleries and all were 30 minute drive or less. The owner provided us with fire wood so that we could could set outside in the evening and enjoy the fire pit while listening to the creek that runs immediately behind the property. The property was well equipped with everything we needed to make our staff the best possibly.

This house was beautifully decorated and the finishes were very nice. The bathroom was the show stopper, gorgeous shower and great sink. The outdoor setting was lovely, with a nice fireplace, hot tub, and beautiful creek. Very peaceful.

Awesome property and experience

What a breathtaking location and awesome property. It was so clean and well stocked, in a nice quiet location not far off the highway. The host checked in with us after checkin and during the stay to make sure everything met our expectations and that we didn't have any needs. They provided a nice booklet that outlined how everything worked in the house and had a few recommendations for things to do. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again (and hope to!)

Beautiful. A calming creek runs in the back and near it was a nice fire pit set up and hot tub. The place was very beautiful, clean, and serene. The host was very thoughtful in all details. Loved it!

A definite do-over

The property manager was awesome. Texted the day of check-in to give instructions and tell us we were welcome to check -in earlier than the official time of we'd like. Had one small issue with a pump alarm going off one morning and he responded immediately to tell us how to shut it off and that he would be by later that day to check on it. Backyard has a great firepit and large hot tub, but the best feature was the creek that ran behind it. Made for a very relaxing outdoors experience. The inside is decorated very nice, beds were very comfortable and a keurig and coffee/tea were supplied. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have one more bathroom, or just a half-bath. The bathroom is beautiful, but a little tricky for the 4 adults we had. However, we will absolutely book this place if ever in the area again!

Great place, off the beaten path

Beautiful setting. Creek behind the house. Fire pit, hot tub. Great outdoor space. Clean, well decorated, comfortable indoor living space. Host goes out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Best VRBO yet. You have to stay here if you’re visiting the Bourbon trail, historical landmarks or Lexington.

The absolute best!

This was the absolute best place we have ever stayed. Clean, well stocked, comfortable and the host, Adam, was wonderful to work with! We are already looking forward to many more vacations here. Beautiful Location

This house is in a beautiful spot with a stream running through the backyard. In the evenings we would sit in the hot tub and relax in the peaceful surroundings. The layout of the house is great, with plenty of kitchen and livingroom space. The beds are very comfortable. The owner provided everything we needed including lots of towels, laundry and dish soap, miscellaneous toiletries, even some snacks!The location of the house was convenient for the distilleries that we visited: Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, and Whiskey Thief. It is not a far drive into downtown Frankfort.The owner was very thoughtful and easy to contact if needed. It had snowed a bunch right before our visit, and they cleared the driveway and walkways of ice and snow. Much appreciated!

Beautiful house and location!

Great location, central to the various attractions in the Frankfort area and bourbon country! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the stay. From the welcome basket with snacks to coffee pods, and extra toiletries in case we forgot something. Great communication and checked in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! Great hosts, would highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous, comfortable home near distilleries

My husband and I stayed at Limestone Landing for several days celebrating our anniversary. The house is in a great location with easy access to several distilleries and horse farms. It was quiet, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could ever need. We spent our days wandering the bourbon trail, visiting Louisville and Lexington, and it was great to come "home" to Limestone Landing at the end of each day. There is a great outdoor space with a creek behind the house and a hot tub! The host was very communicative and made sure we had all we needed and treated us with a special gift for our anniversary. We were a little sad to leave this sweet home.

Great getaway in bourbon country

This is a great property perfect for a couple or a family. We (adult couple) used it as a base for exploring bourbon country, since we were close to Lexington and an easy drive from Bardstown and Louisville. Castle and Key and Woodford distilleries are literally down the road, and the great Stave restaurant is a neighbor. Beautiful house in a lovely setting. Host is available and responsive—although we never met in person because everything we needed was provided in the house. Would absolutely recommend!
