At arrival the check-in was a mess and I could not get my stay points.
I stayed 3 nights, my daughter had a separate room..very similar. No iron, no points, minimal dishes.
My rant:
Go into the room, there were paw prints on the pull out sofa sheets, eww.
The dishwasher was full of prev tenants dishes..because machine didn't work. Hotel sent a maint guy who worked on it, made it hum. Before bro made it to the elevator, machine clunked and didn't work. Re-told them, but it's weekend.. nothing done.
I paid for the "suite", so I could cook and not eat out.. too bad for that plan.
No dishes available, there was a single spoon in the drawer (I'm not washin someone else dirty dishes, again ewww)
Breakfast? (Continental? Where?) What a joke. Empty @1.5hrs to go/be open. Asked for refill, got attitude (from server, not desk staff). No tea bags, no creamer, yogurt, eggs and meat all empty. Waffle maker... only one for how many guests? Bro made 4 for his kids/2 self...others waiting too long wait!!!
Milk spilled across counter, cereal about empty..c'mon DO BETTER!
Up on floor, garbage cans overflowed 3ft beyond the pretty large can, stinky, unkempt.
Final straw? The ONE elevator for the whole property, yeah the inspection/certificate posted inside is E.X.P.I.R.E.D.
Have stayed many places. Seems like I have no recourse, if on-site staff won't/can't do whats needed!!
Not worth my hard-earned dollars. Won't be back. Will tell others to caution.
