Hotel was clean and quiet, was frustrating when we arrived and there was notice at the front desk that the one and only person was out helping someone, there should be more available at the front desk at all times.

The woman that helped us check was super nice. We have stayed here before and it has always been clean. It’s convenient with easy access to the to the place and parking lot. It’s quiet, we did not hear traffic noise which is always a plus.

The front desk staff are rude. I was trying to check in 30 minutes early when the front desk clerk told me there would be a 25 dollar charge per room and we had two rooms booked. I told her that would be fine and she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that if I had 50 dollars to throw away then let her have it. Unacceptable. What I do with my money is my business. This clerk is unfriendly and rude. We then stayed again this past weekend due to a winter storm. My son had booked the room for us. The general manager told us that the small dining area would be available to prepare food except for French fries and wings. We were delighted because all the area restaurants were closed due to the weather. Later when husband was ready to place an order the general manager was not there but a gentleman was working the front desk. He informed my husband that he could not order food. That there was no one to prepare it. When my husband checked back with him a second time he informed us they were out of food. He later called us back once the general manager was back and told us he did find some food. This was a stressful time and not a great experience. I love staying here but not anymore. It’s time to move along and find a new favorite hotel.

We have stayed here a couple of times because of the value for the price. We recently stayed in one during a family visit and having private bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a full kitchen and living room felt decadent without a massive price tag. The surrounding area is quiet but close to anything you need.

Best Hotel!

This was by far the cleanest hotel we have been in while we stay for our trip! The breakfast was a nice selection, very delicious! The beds were soft and comfortable. I loved how there were separate bathrooms! Thank you! We hope to be back at this place next year!

We booked a 2 bedroom suite so that we could host a Christmas celebration and it was perfect! The building is immaculate, the kitchen comes with pretty much all you'd need, and the breakfast buffet is very good. We will return!

Our 2BR suite was very clean. The breakfast was good. The facility was comfortable with the outdoor area by the pool. The couch was a bit uncomfortable to relax and watch TV. The mattresses were also a bit uncomfortable but overall, we had a nice stay.

I love the location! Close to the interstate, grocery and specialty stores, restaurants, and Costco. Best of all for me is a full size fridge and a cook top. Change of linens and housekeeping can be every day or whenever you need. How could I forget their complete breakfast including coffee available until 9pm! This is my go-to hotel!!
