Had a fabulous time. The rooms were clean and spacious- we had a lake view and it was incredible. Food was perfect - breakfast and in the restaurant. Location was also good for buses and a 10 minute walk to the ferries. We’ll be back!

Exceptional front desk service. Friendly courteous and calm people overall, reception, restaurant and bar. The view from the rooms is breathtaking! Reasonable price for a location that is only a 15 minute drive from Bellagio.

Location was spectacular right on Lake Como. Long expensive taxi ride from train station but worth it . Our room had a balcony on the lake ! Wonderful staff. Perfect location to hop on the ferry boats . Wonderful easy bus service. Nice restaurant and bar at the hotel and a very nice breakfast ( included ). The staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend .

My wife and I stayed here for a week at the end of September (2025). The setting is stunning and the staff exceedingly courteous and helpful. The property condition is excellent and very clean - appears to have been recently renovated. A beautiful terrace overlooking Lake Como and the mountains. Close to the Lake Como water taxi station, so convenient to get around to Bellagio, Mennagio, etc. The on-site restaurant has great food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Hotel Helvetia.

The hotel is situated in Lennoza, about 1/2 hour away from Berlogio by local bus C30 and 1 hour to lake Como town centre. Our room has a nice view of the lake. Place is clean, pleasant staff and helpful ataff. Breakfast is fantastic with a variety of choices and with great view of the lake. Overall we have great experience.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. It was very peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. Our room was small but comfortable. Great shower! The food at the restaurant was fantastic. About a 10 minute walk to the ferry. The only problem we encountered was trying to get a taxi. If you want a taxi, plan ahead and ask someone at reception to arrange it! We had a wonderful time at Hotel Helvitia. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful hotel close to the ferry, to explore other areas, then go here!!

A hidden gem in Lezzeno. I had a great Lake front room. The rooms are clean, updated and has everything you need including a refrigerator. Easy parking if you have car. A 10 minute walk to catch a ferry to any of the other cute towns. The breakfast overlooking the lake is wonderful with an assortment of choices and they will make you a latte!!

The property was very warm and welcoming after a long day of travel.We opened the windows in our room to a stunning uninterrupted view of the lake.... Breathtaking!! Food is plentiful for breakfast and everything is so clean. The restaurant below provided excellent homemade Italian food at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. It's that good we will be returning as soon as we can. 10 out of 10 guys, thank you.

Place was fantastic. Restaurant was awesome fantastic tasty dinner and great breakfast that we prepaid. We had a balcony view was a 10+ experience for coffee and wine on our patio overlooking L Como. Parking easy. Room was great a decent size for Italy. Drive to get there from Como is challenging on narrow busy roads. Buckle up and pay 100% attention. Went into Bellagio by boat very cool and busy town. The boat trip was amazing sites. Staff were great at hotel . I read many reviews and make my choice with heavy consideration for what is said. If your like this - this place is a true winner and we would stay again.

Great staff who were more than welcoming and very accommodating. Very comfortable room and amenities, as well as is a wonderfully central location to get to some of the best spots on the lake in a timely manner. It gives you the least touristy vibes off the whole lake. 10/10 would stay again!

Great place to stay, amazing view of the lake from room, room was bigger than I thought and very modern. Breakfast was good and the restaurant below the hotel is convenient. Lezzeno ferry port is only 5min walk up the road too.
