The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.」

「Our stay in Costa Rica was exactly what we hoped for. Everything was just like the reviews said, if anything even better. The condo had everything we needed and more. The onsite laundry with soap included was super convenient, and David even had ice ready for us in the freezer, which was such a nice touch. I would have loved if there was a little oil and salt and pepper available for cooking without having to buy it but it was so good. 「Yes the host was fine. I'm not sure if he is new to renting a VRBO, but the condo itself had some issues. We did have some significant issues with the address to the unit., which took us hours to find in the dark with no street signs and no cell service. Some of the dishes in the cupboards had food particles on them. Pretty disgusting. They had to be rewashed before we could use them. There were not many cooking utensils in the drawer to cook with. No spatulas, and no flipper, but there was...
