Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.」

「This hotel is absolutely awesome in all respects. The craftsmanship of the interior as well as the decor immediately stands out. It's obvious that the housekeeping staff know their jobs as everything is immaculate. The extremely comfortable bed was simply the best and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy but this is the off season of course. I highly recommend this property. 」

「The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but they’re so close to the sea...
