Very neat rooms and well maintained facility. Worth the amount paid. Staff are very friendly and some of them speak good English. Will stay in the hotel again

Disappointing

Location is alright, five minutes walk to the center of Quartier Louis. The free airport shuttle is a great benefit. The aircon remote control had a broken screen so configuring settings were next to impossible. The rain shower was broken and the hand shower in bad state. At one point there was no water in my bathroom, I tried calling the reception 4 times without any answer so I had to get dressed and go there in person. There’s a nightclub on the facilities which pounds music all over the place on weekends.

A normal hotel with great staff, but not super clean. It was not bad all in all, just not european standard. But thats can be expected for the price in Libreville. So I would stay again. The only thing that I found a bit annoying is that walking from there was difficult because of the road. But people usually take taxis in Libreville and they are abundant.

The room was noisy 204 is on road side wass music until 23 h night , power cut several time , the bad experience is 8000cfafor breakfast that is completely humpty at 8h30 is scandalous, service is bad when you request something they look like you are from mars. No milk no coffee, eggs wass finish the reception is good they are verry kind and help ful but the restaurant need hygiene check and better training how to be focus on client

Water is always available for bathing and flushing, water boiling system for bathing is Okay What i dislike is no bottled water for drinking, the hotel of that status should have at least one free bottle water for drinking on daily basis. The television inside my room is not functioning for Three days. The Telephone inside my room is not functioning for all the days that I lodged in the hotel. There is Cockroach Insects inside the Hotel.

Hébergement moyennement recommandable. Personnel courtois, disponible et serviable. Il est regrettable cependant que certaines réclamations concernant le remplacement des ampoules ou néons de la salle de bains ne soient pas prises en compte comme si cela n'etait que des caprices du client. L'eclairage adéquat de la salle de bain fait partie du confort dont le client a besoin pour se raser en toute sécurité ou parachever sa toilette.

Le séjour a été convenable, mais le service de la livraison du petit déjeuner en chambre a été nul cette fois-ci, autant dans la durée pour la livraison, l'absence de choix sur la carte, que le contenu en lui-même de ce qui a été livré. L'impression qui a été donnée par le personnel est qu'il se sentait obliger de faire ce service, livraison du café, sans lait, sans sucre, sans eau, avec 4 petites tranches de pain, vraiment le restaurant a été nul sur ce point, ce séjour

Séjour mitigé malgré une chambre raisonnable

La chambre était confortable et calme, mais manque cruellement de prises : impossible de brancher la bouilloire fournie et pas de quoi charger un téléphone (nous étions en couple !) et brancher un ordinateur portable. En ce qui concerne le restaurant pour les petits-déjeuners, c'est très décevant : pas de confiture, ni pâte à tartiner, ni charcuterie, ni fromage, seulement du beurre pour mettre sur le pain. Le café est en poudre en dosettes, sinon thé ou chocolat en poudre. Pas de serviettes de table même en papier, seulement du papier essuie-tout ! Bref le petit-déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un hôtel qui s'affiche deux étoiles ! Je ne peux pas honnêtement, ni raisonnablement recommandé cet hôtel. Par contre je recommande son équivalent Hôtel Hibiscus Louis, qui est bien plus adapté et au restaurant mieux fourni.

Couldent find my booking when I arrived, had no water in the room the first day. Wifi comes and goes. They have free airporttransfer but when leaving it dident come so had to pay for a taxi. Would NOT stay again.
