"The hotel itself is under renovation. What anyone failed to tell is that for close to $200 for one night that we wouldn't have any hot water. It was lukewarm the evening that we got in after running the water for 5+ minutes. This morning prior to check out... No hot water at all. I checked out and asked the counter person if they knew of that issue and the response I received back was "gotta love renovations... I'll put some points on your IHG card sorry about that". I do not use my IHG account.. I only stayed there because of the area. I haven't stayed in a holiday inn prior to this for personal travel in YEARS. So her putting a few points on my account helps me absolutely none at all. So yeah ... Wasn't happy on this stay at all. "

"Clean room. Convenient location. Great coffee shop and tavern right across the street. Great owners with great communication. Easy check in. "

"Clean historic rooms, the staff was friendly and fun, the breakfast could use a protein source instead of all carbs and fruit. "

"My group stayed for a winter weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was larger than expected and well equipped for all our needs. The wood burning stove was amazing and there was plenty of wood for a long weekend. We enjoyed hiking in Trough Creek State Park and the Cassville Country store. Matt the host is on point, would recommend the Drooly!"
