“Overall it's an nice hotel to stay and the staff are friendly. Location was not bad, it's about 30 min to city center by tram, and it's only 1 minute to the tram station. I found that the water kettle was oily and the coner of the room and curtain was a little dusty. Other than that it's a good place to stay and easy access by public transport. ”

“I really want to give it a higher rating because the staff is nice and accomodating, but the property had issues at our stay, that I am not sure is resolved, so be sure to call the property to ask. They speak english-big plus. Apt is nice and spacious. There are mini split AC in the unit. However- The AC is tied to some floored installed heating and cooling that made the tile floors “sweat” in the evening. “I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was neat, clean, and very comfortable. It’s in a great location — close to public transport and a supermarket, which made everything super convenient. The cooking facilities were excellent and made the stay feel like home. “La habitación es normal pero está muy limpia y era grande el desayuno muy correcto pero lo mejor fue Bruno que es la persona que nos atendió. Es maravilloso. Túvimos un problema mecánico con el coche y fue tan amable de buscarnos un taller que nos lo arreglase en un día e incluso nos dejó guardadas las maletas hasta que nos dieron el coche. A Bruno le doy un 14 sobre 10 nos lo hizo todo muy facil”
