「the bed is not very clean」

「原本打算去爬山, 但雪山要5月30號才開, 結果只在湖邊住了一晚, 但這個湖實在太漂亮, 早上圍住湖跑了一個圈, 大約需要20分鐘 住這個酒店, 就是要享受大自然 酒店的餐廳, 晚餐服務非常好, 我們有自己的紅酒, 問可否飲自己的紅酒, 不用開瓶費, 他們說可以, 晚餐食物很好食」

「The family was very kind and greeted us with a smile. Every morning they had breakfast ready for us by 6:00 as we had to get going for our hike at tre cime very early.」

Dario and Family/staff were beyond accommodating and went above and way beyond to make our short stay one of the best stays of our three week tour. Lovely.」

「This place was amazing! Feel like we found a little hidden gem! We spent a couple days here at the end of May and we feel like we had the place to ourselves. The staff were the friendliest people and they food was incredible. The breakfast was included and they even had a juice machine where you could make fresh juice. I would definitely recommend this place!」

「We loved our stay here! Great location and drivable to various Dolomites hikes and sights. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We got engaged during our stay and the staff treated us to a complimentary bottle of prosecco! The sauna and spa facilities were also a treat to use after our long hikes. Breakfast was also fabulous with lots of variety, quality coffee and made to order egg dishes. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Orso Grigio!」

「Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious in beautiful surroundings. There are a few free parking spots also just outside the hotel which is a plus if you are coming by car. The only improvement that I can think of is the breakfast. I feel there can be a bit more options for the breakfast.」
