"Needs a good deep clean and some paint. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. When we checked in our room was not hotel clean. Cheerios in the pull out couch, I mopped the floors by hand and whatever they clean the faux would with stained what we set on the kitchen table. Not terrible but not a great experience."

"We had an amazing stay!! The host was friendly, responsive and provided excellent easy instructions. The home was spotless, comfortable and spacious. Great location and so nice walking right to the beautiful beach! Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again!"

"Everything was great, Natasja could not have been better. She worked with us on changes, and was so helpful. The unit was very nice, next to the beach, and you can see Flagler from the driveway, so close. We will book here again. Best place we have stayed in New Smyrna. "

"Could not open doors/windows to air out condo without being faced with a fine. Place was musty smelling and felt constantly damp. Not allowed to set air conditioning below 74 so it didn’t run. Although one day when it finally kicked on it smelled so bad that we shut it off. Was not impressed with cleanliness, counter tops were gritty. We were very upset that we were in the ocean and couldn’t enjoy the breeze or sound of the waves "

"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"
