"The staff are friendly and helpful. I especially want to point out that the cleaning team is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms on the 7th floor are nicer and appear to be better maintained. My friend’s room on the 5th floor, however, looked more dated and worn, especially the bathroom. The wall in the room was peeling in some areas, which made the room feel less well-maintained."

"I like the location of the property and the fast response from the butler when I told them I will be arriving a bit late. Love the vegetarian option for breakfast."

"房間隔音非常不好，晚上8點之後沒有工作人員，外面客廳的其他客人吵鬧到晚上11點40分才結束，沒人會去制止。隔天早上6點50分被隔壁房間的鬧鐘叫醒。浴室熱水忽大忽小。建議工作人員可以晚上10點離開，同時關閉客廳。"

"職員服務態度好。"

"Satisfied very much for entire service and many kinds of food for breakfast buffet. Also, I forgot my shirt to the hotel room, and a staff responded kindly and sent it to the other hotel timely."

"Newer property in great condition. Most important - the staff were incredibly helpful!!"

"Great hotel but BF can have more choices would be prefect"

"A lot of mosquitoes during the time that I visited . Breakfast I little disappointed , no meat at all , mostly vegetarian . Healthy meal concept I think ."

"The room was clean and comfortable with a great sense of design. Breakfast and parking were included, the price was affordable, and it’s definitely worth recommending. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance."

"Breakfast was great, hot spring was wonderful both the public and private in room onsen. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking "
