The condo we stayed in was older and smelled like mildew but the property was stunning, close to the beach, and the kids loved the pool area.

The place needs to be cleaned. Like actually cleaned

The unit given to us needs to be cleaned and smelled. The coffee machine was rusty, the screen for the deck door was torn, the A/C stopped working in one of the rooms on our last night. Baseboards were dirty like actually dirty. We had to wear sandals in the carpeted areas too because we all felt disgusted with the condition. For the price paid and for a club wyndym property, this place was an utter disappointment. FYI- I am okay with the property being old BUT for it is to be dirty is unacceptable!!!
