"Worst place ever; do yourself a favor and pay the extra $$ to stay at Tivoli hotel right across the street instead"

Upon checking in, our reservation could not be found and the young lady took our passports into another room, which did not happen to any of the other guests checking in, and this made us very uncomfortable and suspicious "

"Bike hire from the hotel was useful. The bikes are not electrified, if you need assistance with peddling, you might prefer renting elsewhere. If you can upgrade to a harbour view room, do that."
