“Dan was very prompt on communicating with us upon arrival at check-in. House was great!! Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults and 3 kids. We did rent the lower bed and bath as well. “The cottage was very very clean! The house does lean as all the other reviewers mentioned but that’s not really a big deal because all the other aspects of the house are so nice! The bathrooms are great, updated. The refrigerator works well and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. My daughter lives on Coyle and was having a navy ceremony on Friday so this was literally a stones throw away from her house. Perfect location! ”

“The house was everything we wanted. The main living spaces were large and the bedrooms were nice. We ended up with 13 adults in the house. Nobody had problems with the beds. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and was large enough for what we needed. Everything we saw in the listing was true.
