「Die Wohnung war dreckig, hat gestunken, es war verfaultes, Gemüse im Gefrierfach in aufgetautem Zustand, das Bad roch nach Urin. Eine Matratze war dreckig und hat so gestunken, dass man auf ihr nicht schlafen konnte, ebenso das Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben die Wohung zu zweit,erst mal 4 Stunden lang geputzt. (Der Vermieter hat uns dafür 150 nachgelassen.) Nach einer Woche mit viel Lüften roch es nicht nehr muffig. Wir hatten uns angemeldet mit 5 Personen, es war aber nur Bettzeug für 2...

「Leider entspricht das Inserat nicht dem was man vorfindet. Das Appartement ist nur durch eine steile Treppe zugängig. Für ältere oder beeinträchtigte Menschen nicht begehbar. Auch für einen Hund nicht optimal.Die Außenfotos täuschen. Keine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Bidet vorhande.」
