“Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never……

“No blow dryer. Cheap furniture and sheets and pillows and towels. Towels were super small and no hand towels. Poor water pressure. No clear instructions for check out. Pros - Air was cold and decently clean. Close to campus Go through the hotel site directly or call as will cost less.”

“Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location.”

“Hotel was very clean, and staff was very welcoming. It was a nice, quiet atmosphere. A wide variety of foods were available for breakfast.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room matched the price point, as the room looked rough, shower/tub was sketchy, shower curtain rod mounts had been pulled from the walls and gently replaced. Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable.”

“The most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. The outside looked like a crackhouse. Inside the room was even worse. It was dirty. It was so disgusting we had it reserved for 2 nights and decided to leave. The hotel manager would not refund any of our money. The place needs to be closed”

“If you are going to be near Burnsville for any reason, the NuWray should be part of your plan. Spend the night in beautifully remodeled rooms/bathrooms. Enjoy great food, drinks, service, and live music on-site. Sit on the porch, in the courtyard, or one of the sitting areas in the hotel. Easy parking. We can't wait to go back.”
