"We loved the Villas Andes so much. We stayed in Section F in Villa Caiman with a Garden View. The location was perfect for us and the accommodations likewise. The villa was much bigger than expected and we loved having a full kitchen which we used. There is a Supermercado close by and we shopped for our stay. The way the Villas are situated when you are staying in them, you feel like nowhere else exists. You are in a jungle paradise. We loved the section we stayed in because the pool and outdoor...

"Thank you for sharing your incredible home. It was exactly as pictured. One of the highlights of our incredible stay in Costa Rica was spending hours each day encountering new animals in our own back yard, including a troop of howler monkeys and a sloth. The hammock naps were exceptional, as well."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa, which is literally steps away from Cahuita National Park's trails and beaches. The backyard pool was a great way to cool off after spending a day at the beach, and waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys and other wildlife in park was nothing short of amazing! In addition to cooking a few meals at the villa, we also enjoyed several local Cahuita restaurants, as well as driving to Puerto Viejo for dinner one night. Highly recommended!"

"Great location and outstanding host! It is a rustic experience, so you want to be prepared for the outside being inside everywhere. Good breeze, but mid-day is sticky. You have to love nature to enjoy staying here. It is quite noisy to sleep without insulation and with barking dogs next door. The beach is steps away, and the town and food are great. "

"Just a short walk from the most beautiful virgin beach, this place is amazing. Huge main house that is gorgeous, large property, super well maintained and clean. Hosts are super responsive and concierge service catered to all our requests. We even had a baby sloth visit us!!"

"Ives is one of the greatest hosts I have crossed paths with. His attentiveness and helpfulness made me feel truly cared for, which is essential for a comfortable stay.
His property is spectacular, with a clean, beautiful, warm pool and a very well-crafted garden that invites relaxation and admiration.
Cahuita, on the other hand, is a truly spectacular place that promises memorable experiences for every visitor.
@maiki.25 is a great guide for the park walk along the beach"

"Being a bit skeptical, I prepared myself for the photos to be not current and for things to not work quite correctly. I was happily incorrect. The pool and hot tub were excellent, the bedrooms spacious and the kitchen completely functional.Safety was very important to my daughter and I on this "Dad's Trip" and the sense of a secure environment was absolute. The running opportunities were excellent once the modest traffic patterns became clear.Ask locals where the horse trail near the beach is...

"Tremendous accommodation for 3 nights in Tortuguero. The lodge sits squarely between the ocean and the canal, a two minute walk between them. There was such an open, relaxed, spacious feel to the beautiful grounds and sitting areas and even a hammock-filled gazebo by the river for napping. Lovely and helpful staff, passionate and extraordinary guide Daniel, amazing iguanas and basilisks everywhere, fantastic restaurant ambience and breakfast, large, clean and airy rooms with a great huge open shower and powerful adjustable ceiling fan with good beds and pillows made sleeping a breeze without AC. Easy 10 minute walk to town. Witnessing hard working mama turtles during green turtle nesting season and getting to see hatchlings racing to the ocean was truly magical."
"Angelo was so helpful with after hours check in. This place is adorable. The room had a kitchen and that is a great addition if you are staying longer than a night. The pool was nice and refreshing. There is an outdoor sitting space outside your room that is nice as well."
"I can’t say enough about the property and the staff. We stayed in the Caribbean breeze cabin for 6 nights and it was an amazing experience. You are about 7 minutes from town in a beautifully manicured area which the staff takes care of all day long. The property is tucked just into the jungle off the beach so you get the best of both worlds. This is a place that will always hold a special place in our hearts and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience."
"Great place to stay!! Loved everything about it. It's in the jungle, so there's animals around. Monkeys, frogs, sloths, and others. Breakfast is delicious 😋 staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious. The beach is right across the street with plenty of food options around. Would absolutely recommend!"
"This was such a lovely stay. The rooms are a really generous size, with amazing views of the river and surrounded by incredible wildlife. You really are in the middle of it. It's also helpful that the airstrip is just on the other side of the river, making it super easy to get there and back (but with so few flights, it's not a disturbance). We had some incredible activities with the reception staff incredibly helpful and the guides super knowledgable and it's clear they love what they do. Manuel in particular was incredible. And even though it rained almost consistently (nothing anyone can do about that), as soon as we came back from activities, the staff were waiting with towels and drinks for us. They also had an abundance of wellies and ponchos, which were super helpful. The only thing that was a little more challenging were the restaurant opening times. As there's literally one restaurant, if you didn't eat before an evening activity or wanted a drink later in the evening (past 8:30pm), you didn't have any options and there was no one to serve you. Minor inconvenience for such a stunning location. And the wi-fi was brilliant, too. And the food was very good."
"Lovely boutique hotel, good location. My only gripe being due to a mix up our room wasn't cleaned one day.
The staff were so friendly, the wildlife on site was unreal and hotel has a real aire of class about it.
Thank you!"
