The room was clean and area safe. The room was quite stark. More artwork on the walls and an overstuffed chair in the corner would improve the appearance. I enjoyed my stay and may consider staying there again.

Great weekend getaway.

The view and roar of the ocean while relaxing in front of the fire was magical. Clean with plentyof hot shower water. Would definitely return!

Perfect for Short Vacation

The listing was very accurate to the condo. The kitchen was a great addition so we didn’t have to eat out every night. It was also very clean with the exception of two of the hand towels! The provided toiletries were also a great addition! The only thing I would say is the walls are very thin so be prepared to hear some things you don’t necessarily want to. This is a great place for a short vacation!

Heavenly Ocean Escape

We come here every year twice a year for the last six years. We wait all year in anticipation and we have never left disappointed. Can’t wait for our second visit in August. It will be our first experience of The Whale. Grand Kids are excited and so are we

Good but noisy up stairs

Good view, good room for 2. Good sound proofing with next door neighbors. But upstairs sounds like a dance party. Also, shower water temperature was pretty variable, mostly cool.

Nice location but worn out

Don't expect great things, our room was comfortable enough and had a nice ocean view - through the window but no balcony. The room was pretty clean but sorely needs updating. The outside of the property was very neglected.

Mighty fine

The staff/ housekeeping is amazing! They are so sweet and helpful with anything and everything! The view is great and the beach access is pretty good for someone who can walk down some rocks. The location of the hotel is good because you can drive north and see the entire town of Lincoln city. It was actually really quiet at night as well. The only weird thing about this specific room is that the bed is in its own little room by itself and it has no windows. So it’s a hot sleep. But all around it was a great stay for 4-5 nights.

Seahorse suite

This was a nice place for two friends. The kitchenette was a great addition. The futon bed/couch was not the most comfortable for sitting and the top (when reclined) made for more comfortable sleep. The chairs at the table were replaced with a bench which means we had no where to sit besides the futon. A chair would have been welcomed. We would stay here again!

Half horrible half great

Room was dirty! Hair in bed, pee on toilet, toothpaste on sink. The 1st night between 12am and 2am almost called the police the upstairs neighbor man and woman were screaming and yelling at each other so loud it sounded like it was in our condo. You can hear everything upstairs, the view was great if it was clean and the neighbors weren't crazy it would have been ok.... but management refunded some of my money because of lack of cleanliness and the 2nd night whoever was above is was worry.. wouldn't recommend unless the insulate the ceilings

Overall workable for the price

The unit has a nice view through the window. The small kitchen provided is very convenient. The fireplace is pretty (but warning the timer did not work it stayed on). As expected the noise from upstairs neighbors wasn't great. Nice to have a bathtub but the showerhead/water pressure wasn't great. I had low expectations given the pricepoint, it worked however there's still certainly room for improvement. We found the futon and bed very uncomfortable and left sore after 4 nights there. There were limited outlets and in odd places, with none of the provided lamps left plugged in. For a last minute stay it provided but I couldn't do it again without a mattress pad or similar.

Decent enough, details would improve experience

For the price, a fair enough value. Pet friendly. Great kitchenette, functional living room with a nice view of ocean. Really small bedroom, no closets or hangers for coats anywhere. Cleanliness good other than utensils (Probly previous guest). Fireplace not working, a huge bummer with the rainy days. Host attempted to fix by w/ local maintenance. Only worked for 20 minutes then didn’t work again. Overall, feel like we got our money’s worth but won’t be returning. Poor beach access if you have small children. Fans need to be replaced, light figures falling out . Could be a great place with a coat or two of paint, some attention to detail and functional use of the hallway space .

Great ocean view, simple, comfy

#1 best thing was the view and sounds of the ocean. Well decorated and main room well lit. Futon pulls out into a bed. We brought a mattress pad and it was perfect. Floors and kitchen stove and microwave were great. Kitchen had a fridge, coffeemaker, some pots and pans but no matching lids. Toaster didn’t work well. Shower had good water pressure. Bathroom did not have any shelves or countertops to place your things. vanity is tiny without room to even place your toothbrush. No closets to hang clothes. Dishwasher liquid provided but No dish sponge or extra trash bags. Was a great cozy week for two people but small for any more. Kitchen too small if you plan to cook elaborate meals and I would bring all condiments.

A Room with a View

This was my first Vacasa experience. It’s different working with all virtual vs. a human but that whole Process is very smooth and no lines to wait in for check-in. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a beautiful ocean view. It smelled and looked clean. There were several bathroom swag of shampoo, conditioner, face wipes. The bedroom is small with no closet, in fact the room does not have much in lines of being able to hang clothing or coats. The photos online made the front room seem much larger, we requested a 2nd key after noticing every other room had one and we were told we’d get it the next day. It never arrived. The kitchen cabinets and supplies are up very high, if you’re short you’ll have to climb to get the items. Outside of those challenges that were not mentioned on their in-room list, it was an over all good experience.
