Enjoyable Stay
This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for nothing fancy, but comfortable and with a beautiful view! This was about our 6th place we had rented in this complex, and was by far the best one. Although there is no kitchen, the bed was fairly comfortable (a topper would help), and the futon was much better compared to the other units. I would suggest a more comfortable dining table, as there was only 1 chair available to sit. All in all, it was wonderful being able to wake up and see the waves from the bed, and enjoy the fireplace. For the cost of staying here, it is well worth it, and we will be back to stay at this unit in particular!

Great price; great ocean view. The TV didn't work. Wi-fi mostly not available except during early morning hours. The common areas were dirty and my room was not well cleaned.

This property is basic. Nothing special no extras. The room seemed clean enough. The room was super hot and there was a gas smell. You could open the slider but there was no screen door for the slider

Sounds of surf
Stains on concrete entries. Overall details of unit finishes could be better. View is perfect sound of surf made sleeping wonderful.

Floor was dirty/TV now fully functional.
When I checked in I found the TV was not working. When I contacted the help desk at 5:00 PST I was told that it was too late to do anything until the next day. When I questioned that and said I had just checked in he replied back, I thought you were in CST. He said he would notify maintenance. Didn't see anybody until after 9:00 AM the next day. I was able to get the manual part of the TV working. The remote would work the cable box, but not the TV. I also found while the floor was free of debris it was dirty and needed mopping. It turned the bottom of my socks and feet black. There was no screen door on the slider and when the unusually hot weather I had to leave the slider open all night with nothing to keep bugs out.

Great spot for the price
This budget friendly room with an ocean view was perfect for our getaway. The good: King size bed, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, fireplace and extra seating. The not-so-good: Shower drains super slow so you stand in dirty water, if people aren’t going to clean up after their dog the staff MUST, slow internet (I measured .5Mbps, the kicked in front door doesn’t exactly provide a sense of safety.

Highly recommend
The condo was clean, parking convenient. It was wonderful to step out on our balcony and see the ocean! We left the balcony door open every night and fell asleep listening to the waves. It was a little tricky getting to the beach, but we were there more to sightsee anyway so it wasn't really an issue.

Pros and cons
The ocean view was lovely but the room was almost impossible to sleep in without AC and we were disappointed by the shadiness of the surrounding town. The property manager did provide prompt service when we a clean coffee pot and towels where requested.

Beautiful view of the ocean, 5 min to beach
Room and bed were descent and balcony on third floor was perfect for viewing the beach and ocean. We saw whale sprays from there 3 days in a row. The beach was perfect right from the room. We explored other beaches but Nelscott was great and tidepools when the tide was low had lots of life to explore. Lincoln City was also an awesome launching spot to go explore from. Room was warm but we kept the balcony door open and slept to the sound of waves crashing.

Relaxing getaway
I stayed here for a four day weekend to unwind a bit, and it was lovely. The view was fantastic, especially around sunset. The beach is a short walk, but be aware that there are steps and the walk back is a little steep. The balcony is a great spot to read. It's connected to the other balconies so not the most private, but I was almost always the only one out there except when the seagull stopped by to beg for snacks. Bed was very cozy. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Overall it is very basic, has less than a hotel room. Close to the beach- but not an easy walk.
As I said above it was very basic- no blow dryer or iron? You can get those at a Motel 6 still and they charge like $40 a night. We always stay in a house when we visit but this was very last minute and we couldn't get our regular home, so we decided on this "condo". It was clean- but all the drains need work( draino), shower curtain needs replaced, carpet needs replaced and there were multiple cob webs- ( yuck). I would suggest letting people know that the trail to the beach is down/up many stairs, as this can be hard with children, for elderly, handicap- or for people that struggle wth stairs. Typically I don't, but I just had surgery 2 weeks ago and well they aren't very easy right now. I didn't see any place to wash off from the beach either?? Just suggestions- it was prices pretty well, but as a person that travels a lot I always expect a hair dryer and iron, no one travels with those and they are very inexpensive for ownership to procure.

We appreciate that you chose Vacasa for your last minute stay. We completely agree that "hotel-style" rooms normally have blow dryers and ironing boards available, so we have added blow dryers in the rooms and a couple of ironing boards in the office, if necessary. We're also excited to announce that the rooms have gone through a complete renovation, including more clothing storage, kitchen accessories for cooking and added bathroom shelving. As the temperatures warm up, these rooms will go quickly!

Its in transition so some things are really nice and some are just a hotel.
They are putting a lot of work into this place. Very friendly and CHEAP for an ok room with a great view. New carpets, nice fireplace that works VERY well, mixed with some beat up furniture. Nice matresses and the re build of the steps to the beach was outstanding. I would stay here again and recommend it, but just be aware its a work in progress so the amenities are pretty much BYO. Far, far lower price for a 3 day weekend than anywhere nearby made it a good experience. Its not a 5 star hotel, but the work that is done is high quality. Stay here.
