「Breakfast choices were good. Food temperature was cold. Staff pleasant, friendly. Additional seating in room was lacking. Counter space is limited for curling iron, hair dryer, makeup. Room itself is roomy」

「We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.」

「The front desk cancelled my reservation for a suite two bedroom and when I arrived they were already booked so I had to get two rooms and they didn’t even offer at same price. I had my email with confirmation for the rooms and yet they acted like there was nothing they could do about it. I ended up paying double what I had originally planned and am just very disappointed in the customer service. 」

「There was ants in my room and on the bathroom counter. They switched me rooms, that room had ants also, and a soap bar with hairs on it behind the bathroom door . The manager still persisted that we pay for the rooms. Only a $65 credit was given. The manager refused to talk with me.」

「The bathroom was missing a shelf/holder in the shower. I had placed the shampoo on the ground and held the soap while taking a shower and the doors didn't completely shut causing water to get all over the floor. I was on floor 2 and there were people above my room stomping during the night waking me up. It happened three times. When I checked out I told the desk clerk about the issues and she just shrugged. Didn't even say, "sorry".」
