"We booked a 2 night stay for our Anniversary. We did not have breakfast on the property, brought our own food since there was only a fridge in the room and had to go downstairs to get our coffee. Room was VERY outdated, old and didn't feel clean. The bathroom had no counter space at all and shower handle was backwards, I froze because hot/cold was reversed!! tv did not swivel so we had to move desk chair to watch but only room for one chair! It was noisy due to renovations on site which we did not know about. No room service unless you asked for it so we just asked for more towels. The only good thing was the observatory lookout on the 14th floor which was indoors and our fridge was nice and cold. Jacuzzi was ok but too small for 2 adults. Vouchers received but couldn't use the one we wanted (BBQ grill-all you can eat) because they were not open on Wed. when we arrived and Thursday they were closed for renos! we checked out Friday."
