“We have a whole apartment to ourselves, not just a room. It's great. Instructions about turning on the keypad to get in would have been great since no one answers the phone. Getting in to check-in before heading to the apartment could have had more instructions, but we figured it out. Would definitely do it again.”

“Front desk was helpful and friendly!The living environment was good, the breakfast was nice, but I stayed the floor which only had 1washroom was not enough...”

“The place is good, surrounded by several retirement houses, and located next to Western University. However, it takes a 5 minute walk uphill form the nearest bus station, and it is a bit difficult to locate. The facility is fine except the heating is not functioning, it was too dry and too hot, in which I have to leave the window open throughout the night for making myself a little more comfortable. ”

“Kitchen was great. Very clean. Everyone in the hospital was respectful of one another. I didn't bring my pet but something tells me she probably would have been welcome. The staff, the staff was great the owners are great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a nice clean quiet place that is inexpensive and yet very Central and possesses all the amenities one could want. Down to earth people.”
