Bailgate Barn, Ashlin Farm Barns

Situated in rural Lincolnshire countryside, yet just a ten minute drive from the vibrant city of Lincoln with its heritage, history, boutiques and nightlife, Bailgate Barn is a peaceful haven. As you approach along a country lane you will see that the barns have been sympathetically designed to fit comfortably into the rural landscape with an attractive quality finish and spacious private gardens. Bailgate Barn has a beautiful, enclosed garden providing privacy and peace for relaxing with family and friends, including hot tub, hot outdoor shower, alfresco kitchen and dining area with large barbecue. The Barn is located next to fields at the rear, and opposite a quiet communal garden area overlooking the pond.

When you enter the barn from the garden, through the bifold doors you know you are on holiday. The contemporary, spacious and comfortable open-plan interior is warm and welcoming. The kitchen is very well-stocked to accommodate six people and has everything you need from the washing machine and tumble-dryer, fridge and freezer to the drinks cooler. There is a large dining area and spacious yet cosy seating area overlooking the country style garden. There are three double bedrooms, all on the ground floor. All bedrooms are individually styled and en suite. Our guests' comfort is very important to us. We are a family enterprise and as we live nearby we are on hand to welcome you and answer any queries throughout your stay.
