The Falling Waters Riverside Getaway at the PEMICABINS

A one-bedroom, right on the river with a screened porch for quiet meals or game night by the water. Inside: queen bed with fresh linens, a comfy seating area with couch and TV, and a decorative fireplace (not for use). Kitchenette includes mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and basic cookware/utensils. Heated for cool weather; fans available in summer. A simple, cozy setup for two.

Falling Waters, a cozy one-bedroom riverside cabin, sits directly on the banks of the Pemigewasset River. This rustic retreat provides a peaceful setting immersed in the natural beauty of the White Mountains.

The cabin accommodates up to two guests and includes the following:

**Sleeping Arrangements:**

One queen-sized bed with fresh linens, curtains, and shades for restful sleep. Guests often enjoy nature’s own “sound machine” - the calming river just outside.

**Bathroom:**

Full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo.

**Entertainment & Comfort:**

Comfortable living space with a couch, cable TV, and a decorative fireplace (not for use). Falling Waters is equipped with heat for year-round comfort. While there is no air conditioning, fans are available on demand to keep you cool in warmer months.

**Screened-In Porch with River View:**

Private screened-in porch overlooking the river, complete with a table and chairs - perfect for a riverside dinner, morning coffee, or evening relaxation.

**Kitchenette:**

Equipped with a mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and basic cookware and utensils for meal preparation. Guests also have access to our outdoor communal charcoal grills and picnic areas.

**Property Amenities:**

Guests enjoy full access to the riverside "Pemi Pub" (next to Cabin #5), communal charcoal grills with covered dining areas, an outdoor shuffleboard court (equipment stored in the Pemi Pub), communal fire pits (firewood available for purchase onsite), free Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, pet-friendly accommodations, and no cleaning fees.

Pemi Cabins is located directly on Route 3, across from Whale's Tale Waterpark. Flume Gorge is approximately 1.5 miles away, with Cannon Mountain and Loon Mountain ski areas just 7 and 5 miles away, respectively - well situated for year-round outdoor adventures in the White Mountains.
