“The staff is attentive, especially the manager, Andy. I truly appreciate his kindness. I’ve stayed here several times, and the only thing I would mention is that some of the mattresses are due for replacement.”

“This hotel was perfect for what I needed. I was traveling alone (as a woman) and needed a safe place to rest for the night. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, quiet, and I felt safe.”

“The breakfast was not great…sausages like hockey pucks and underdone potatoes. The coffee was also very weak relative to the brands they were touting to be serving. The hot tub was foamy which suggests they needed a little more maintenance. The rooms were clean, but it was curious that furniture was removed. There were not enough seats in a suite for the four of us that were staying there.”

“The breakfast was limited & the room was not that clean. We found several bugs in the room (still alive). The air conditioner was very noisy & ran all the time. We did not use the hot tub or pool, due to cleanliness of the facilities.”

“It was clean and remodeled in a safe location. It is across from a previously flooded area that is not cleaned up yet but that wasn’t too bad. Check in time was later as there was a change in owner. It was easy to find.”

“The Whitetail cabin was a great stay. The selling point is the location. Walkable to food/drinks/shopping. It’s also a short drive to the casino or Grindstone lake. The staff were great when checking in/out. I’ll definitely look to see if we can stay here again in the future.”

“All staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool is fun and they even provided floaties. Breakfast was beyond amazing, the best I’ve ever had for free at a resort. The rooms were clean and we were pleasantly surprised with the mini kitchen and amenities available like plates and oven mitts. My family and I are already planning our next visit!”
