「The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!」

「酒店服务出乎意料的差，是我住过所有四季酒店中最差的：打电话给服务部门送红酒杯，打了两次第二天才送到😂要求送的拖鞋浴袍送的速度不能更慢，刀叉就一直🈚️送到。房间的喝水杯清理拿走就不补充， 完全不是一个星级酒店的服务更别提是五星级酒店。恨失望。」

「This was my first trip to Chicago and I hope to always be able to return and stay here. WONDERFUL place to stay that’s within walking distances to bus stops that can get you anywhere. The rooms are phenomenal, you can lay in bed and control the lights in the room. The shower is wonderful. We stayed on the 8th floor so the view was okay but not horrible. Lastly , hats off to the front desk. Each person was so helpful and always welcomed us back to the hotel with a smile and asked if we needed...

「Clean room. Very small room and bathroom so if you want space this isn’t for you. Housekeeping is only every 3 days unless you ask. Parking is around the block which isn’t very convenient. You’re only allowed to leave the garage once a day to pay the daily rate $31 or you’ll be charged hourly which would get very expensive so that makes it tough to plan your day around one trip out of the garage per day. Staff was great. Overall a great place to stay!!! 」
