"The location of this hotel is amazing, within walking distance of all sites. One block away from the White House. No on-site parking but public garage within a block. This is not a luxury hotel, but it was very clean and fit our needs. The bed was extremely comfortable. We walked to the theater, all the monuments and visited a couple restaurants/bars in the area. Would definitely stay here again."

"Despite some of the negative reviews regarding this property, my experience was uniformly positive. It’s small, old, spotty WiFi,and lacking in some amenities like a fridge and microwave. But it was clean, in a good neighborhood, comfortable bed, great shower and linens, and quiet. And a great value for the money. Overall a strong B+"
U Street Capsule Hostel

"After getting to the property, I noticed multiple notices about checking in online and downloading an app to access the doors. Fortunately an app was not absolutely required, as my phone was dead. They can provide a manual code to get get in. The guy checking me in was very polite and helpful. The capsule could definitely use more plugins; there are only 2 (different) types of USB plugs. If one is not working and you don't have the other kind, then good luck getting charged up ! The Free Pizza Thursday was also an unexpected touch. I spent the entire day traveling, and it was a great relief to finally arrive, and have access to everything I needed. It was a little tricky to find the place, though. Signage isn't easily visible at night, and the place appears to be a coffee shop at first glance. Overall, good value. Would stay again."
