「Really liked this hotel with my kids. Liked that it’s newly build and super clean. Beautiful indoor decor. Yes kinda upsetting when we came the outdoor pool and hot tub was not finished and were told it will be done in 2weeks but we didn’t mind it. The gym was open. The breakfast was good had all the basics scramble eggs, cheese omelet eggs with sausage link, bacon, waffle, oatmeal and so on…」

「Fifteen of us came together to celebrate a milestone birthday. It was a great property for us and everyone had fun, especially with the games room and pool. I was a bit worried the place might be too fancy, but it was well lived in and comfortable. Please note that one of the bedrooms with two double beds is only accessible via the room with the three single beds. We had a great weekend. 」

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
