“Loved the staff. Beautiful “swan” room. I had a small room .., the Nook. - loved it….. I ate all the snacks in the mini bar. Hahaha Really good . Just a practical , well thought out space …. Central to cool stuff. Bed was amazing . Food …. Soo good .”

“Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.”

“We checked in at 2:45 for a 3pm check in and our room was not ready until 4:40 pm. On top of that the elevators in the property do not work and caused us to wait 20-30 minutes every morning. We ended up having to take the stairs multiple times. ”

The room was quiet and comfortable, with excellent bedding — perfect for resting after busy days in New York. Location is ideal, close to Fifth Avenue and Madison Square Park, making it easy to get around Manhattan. Staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again.”
