“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The place is immaculate and the staff is amazing. The pool is fun and relaxing. Breakfast is better than average and the location is close to shops, shopping centre and restaurants. It was supposed to be a one night stay but I ended up booking 2 more nights. The hotel is luxurious and aptly named The Monarch Hotel. I would love to stay here again in the future.”

“Messy washroom, room have cockroaches, tiny rooms or pick a little bigger one but no window. Only fine thing I can give to this hotel is the breakfast more particularly their milk fish. Hot chocolate is good but not enough to drink while having your breakfast - too little. ”

“My entire family really enjoys staying at this property because of the warm hospitality, delicious food, and excellent amenities. A special thanks to Ms. Mench for assisting me with everything and to Ms. Paulyn for helping me with the room booking. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic apologies if I’ve forgotten any names, but from the housekeeping and maintenance teams, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Overall, the experience has been wonderful, and we look forward to returning.”

“Someone teenager met us at hotel. No amenities but has to ask as no soap, shampoo/ conditioner or wash towel. Have to wait when checking out as nobody at office or reception even at night. Pay for third person but no pillow and blanket/ towel. Never check in or book here. ”
