「There was a slight mix up at the beginning of our trip - (The owners had not received confirmation of our booking until we arrived so they were not aware of any visitors enroute to them until we phoned when we were 5 minutes away!) 「A very complicated way from the Airport. First with train, than Tube, than another train and at last with a Bus. The Code for the key was not correct and I first ask a neighbor for help. A few minutes later a young man came out and tell us that the code was changed. He don't introduce himself and we thought, that's only a neighbor. But later I thought he was the owner. He turned off the heater every day. The apartment was much small for 3 poeple. I never would stay there again.」
