"Not all the staff were friendly. You basically have to buy everything if you’re going to stay here. They didn’t have any extra utensils or something extra you may have needed as a traveler… overall 5/10. I’ve stayed at better hotels. "

"The internet connection was flaky a couple of times but wasn't horrible. I was a little more concerned that the toilet in the bathroom seemed to run sporadically. And have been spoiled by the TV service at my house where we get more stations and can scroll forward on the "guide" channel to get information about shows upcoming beyond the roughly 2 hour window. And I was a bit concerned when I was packing up this morning to find that a car was PARKED on the slope from the sidewalk AND next to it was a car without handicapped plates or placards parked in a handicapped zone (the desk clerk apologized for the inconvenience but said those guests were told it was okay to park there). But breakfast was good, and of course one of the best things is that there is a LOVELY kabob place that is literally the next building over, so within walking distance. I've stayed there in past years, and at least this time the elevators were running (unlike one year)."

"I arrived around 5 PM for check-in. Everything went well. The front desk staff was very kind after checking into my room. Everything was neat and clean. I changed into my swimsuit arrived at the pool. It was tons of kids under 10 in the hot tub. It was clearly over capacity, which was listed for 29 people total. It was easily 50 kids in a pool in the pool/hot tub. After speaking with the staff about the pool situation I was informed that it’s like that every Saturday had I known that I would’ve chose other options as I am a 49 year old woman who actually went there to relax in the hot tub. "
