「Room was smallist and quite dark as painted a mid green invluding the ceiling, but deco beautiful. Windows overlooked other buildings bathrooms, rooms toilet area, so could not open blinds to let any light in. J xx」

「Great location, nice facility and great staff」

「Facilities and services are not good as it is not corresponding to its luxury price. Water power in bath room is small. One of the room keys are not working. The staff for cleaning the room searched and touched my open luggage as my things are not in the order that I packed my luggage.」

「We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Chiado! High-end amenities, friendly staff, roof-top bar and centrally located to attractions and great restaurants in Lisbon. On our way check out day, the young man working the desk at 6am in the morning kindly waited with us outside to ensure that our Uber driver would locate us for our pickup...world class!」

「The area was a little sketchy but the hotel is so cute!」

「Absolutely beautiful rooms, very friendly and professional staff.」

「Very modern hotel in a historical building, with fancy light switches and a balcony that has a sea view. Right next to city center of Chiado/Baixa. My wife and I stay for 4 nights and liked its location and the room design!」

「Very well located, however be careful when opening the trunk of the taxi to get your luggage (sloped).. the elevator is slow, but very stable.. Breakfast next door is amazing.. wine bar is awesome !!」
