Welcome to my home!
This lovely 122m² apartment is ideally situated near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary options.
The living room boasts a homely sofa perfect for relaxation, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. Large windows flood the space with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, there’s a balcony equipped with chairs where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh air.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delightful meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other essential utensils. A washing and dryer machine is also available for your convenience.
The two ensuite bedrooms are comfortable and inviting. One features a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with an extra bed, with capacity for 3 guests. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep.
The bathrooms are equipped with everything you need to refresh, including towels and toiletries provided for your comfort.
The apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure a pleasant stay and is located on the 2nd floor of the building, accessible via an elevator.
The street in front of the building is under construction, so there may be noise during the day and dust in the air, which could prevent you from fully enjoying the balcony and pool. We apologize for the inconvenience

The apartment offers an excellent base to explore several iconic tourist attractions in Lisbon.
Nearby, you can find Eduardo VII Park, a vast green space with stunning city views, and the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum, which houses a rich collection of classical and modern art.
Praça Marquês de Pombal, an important transport hub, is also nearby and provides easy access to the whole city, thanks to the excellent public transport network, such as metro and buses, including access to the city center where you can experience the dynamics of the Portuguese capital.
You can enjoy a stroll along the Avenida da Liberdade, famous for its luxury shops, and in the city center, indulge in one of the largest and most beautiful public spaces in Lisbon, Praça do Comércio, with a view of the Tagus River.
Wander through the beautiful streets of Lisbon in the most picturesque neighborhoods, such as Alfama, Bairro Alto, and Mouraria, and visit the imposing Lisbon Cathedral and the most famous viewpoints, such as Miradouro de Santa Catarina and Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, which offer breathtaking views of the city.
This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of two metro stations. Praça de Espanha station is just a 6-minute walk away, while São Sebastião station is a slightly longer 11-minute walk. This prime location provides easy access to public transportation, making it a convenient choice for travelers looking to explore the city, and is just 15 minutes from the airport.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
