Room was exceptionally nice! Cozy and great shower. Breakfast was very good, nutritious and plentiful. Staff was awesome! Ready to help in any way. Remembered our daughter ran the marathon and asked how she was feeling. Recommending the hotel to any Lisbon traveler!

The property looks clean from the Reception Lobby, to the Dining Room, to the elevators and hallways, to the guest rooms. The staff are generally friendly, helpful, and polite. The breakfast had a large variety of options for guests. The guest room was well ventilated with adequate AC. The location was great too because it was close enough to everything from restaurants to groceries.

Very comfortable, clean and good breakfast with average quality food items. Quiet area, away from busy streets. Room comfortable but hardly any space, drawers to put your clothes. We lived out of our suitcases. No USB which would be difficult to charge your devices if you didn’t have the multi plug brick.

If you're looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas, this is the place. First, the rates were reasonable, and centrally located, so it's easy to get to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed to store our luggage since we arrived before check-in time. The breakfast offered was a good selection. You can't go wrong choosing this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. Really great variety and fresh tasty foods and drinks. The biggest drawback is the hotel is looking its age both in property looks and maintenance as well as the antiquated room sizes. I don’t think I’d go back except for the wonderful breakfast they serve.

It was just a place to sleep pretty much. It had a nice breakfast in the morning. It was located close to the metro for easy access. At night when we wanted to relax and get ready for bed, the TV wasn’t working and there wasn’t anyone there that could fix it. You couldn’t stream anything from your phone due to the TV issues. Overall it was nice affordable place and would recommend it for its convenience to other places and sites.
