LOCATIONFantastic... right in the heart of everything.There can be some loudness at night.We used earplugs, and slept great.Great, corner apartment.CLEANLINESSBedding very clean and bathroom.The apartment is due for a deep clean.BEDDINGMain bed very comfortable with firmnessSecondary bed... mattress is not very comfortableTEMPNo air conditioning but opening windows in the night then closing during day with blinds down help a lot... it was fine for usWATERGreat - no issuesLIGHTSNice bright apartment with fairly good lighting.BATHROOMLarger than normal European bathroom.CLOTHING WASHERCleaned clothing greatKITCHENNice size with needed itemsCHALLENGESYou will need to go up several flights of stairs / no elevator... not a big deal unless one is less mobileOTHER--the whole lock system for getting in and out was not working when we got there, staff was sent quickly to help us, and fix the problem--bathroom light out... staff sent to check it... but they did not have the supplies to fix ti--detergent for clothing and dishes had not been replaced... staff came quickly and restocked--keys to apartment were missing... staff came quickly with additional keysSTAFF TO CLIENT HELP--due to the challenges we had, were give an appropriate discount for our stay... VERY MUCH APPRECIATEDOVERALL--I would have no problem staying there again and recommending it to people
