The property was in a good central area. Apartment did not feel very clean, and for 4 individuals staying for 5 nights we were only provided 4 shower towels and 3 very small rolls of toilet paper. There was construction taking place on the front of the building so men were walking back and forth in front of our apartment window all day, which we were not made aware of. Very unfortunate.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

AVOID STAYING HERE AT ALL COST. TERRIBLE PLACE. My friends and I stayed here for a few nights and got robbed while we were away at dinner. ALL of our jewelry, brand name hats and scarf, airpods, and sunglasses were stolen, along with cash. The management team was useless in helping us trace anything. The apartment apparently only has two set of keys, one which was given to us and another is kept with management team so you can only imagine what happened here, seems like an inside job. We are very disappointed. Please refrain from booking this location! I wish I read the review here where someone else's LV bag was also stolen. Clearly there is a trend here.

My brand new, never worn Louis Vuitton bag was stolen out of our apartment. It’s impossible to get inside the building or the room without a key. Only the property management company has scan in access, so it must’ve been someone from their team. They weren’t any help and didn’t even respond to me. We were extremely vigilant and locked the doors every single time we left and even made sure to double check. The check in process sucks. You have to go to the property management office to pick up the keys because of COVID- so stupid since you still see people face to face. Don’t fall for the property management’s transportation service. It’s 3x the price of an Uber or Taxi on the Free Now app. I don’t recommend this apartment for the lack of safety to you and your items. The bathroom was also falling apart.

Overall it was a good experience. The Altido staff was very helpful with any concerns we had. We had some trouble with getting into the flat and the staff acted quickly to help us. The only improvement I could suggest is to update the bathroom. A shelf in the bathroom would be helpful. Also some hangers for clothes would have been great. The location couldn’t be more ideal. The staff couldn’t have been more gracious. Thank you for a wonderful holiday in your beautiful city

as close to perfect as one might reasonably expect

the property is clean, bright, well maintained, and modern though in an old characterful building reconfigured with an up to date elevator. . . virtually everything works -- a couple of electric switches seemed on the fritz [of no importance] -- and the flat comes well supplied with most everything one might need -- including Wi-Fi, TV, and cable . . . perhaps best of all it's ideally situated in one of Lisbon's most appealing neighborhoods, busses to everywhere just two short blocks away, and the waterfront two blocks away . . . complaints -- virtually none; we missed a dustpan, and the flat could use a few more pot holders, dish towels, paper towels, and such -- and maybe a supply of coffee, though hardly required, would have been nice . . . but there's a fine supermarket two blocks up the hill . . . in short this is the place you've been looking for!!!

Spacious apartment in excellent location

Very comfortable. Good living space, modern kitchen, working lift (4th floor), plenty of very hot water and good water pressure, easy check-in/out as arranged - only thing that I would fault is that the bathroom could do with updating a bit.
