Carefully cleaned and sanitized.The LV Premier Amoreiras AM3 is a renovated 4-bedroom apartment, located in a building with an elevator, in a quiet neighborhood. It is situated one block from Amoreiras Garden and the historic Mãe de Agua Aqueduct. The Rato metro station is approximately 8 minutes walking distance. Marquês de Pombal Square is also a short walk away. We are about 15-20 minutes walking from Bairro Alto, passing through Príncipe Real neighborhood, which is also a destination in its own right. The Amoreiras shopping center is nearby, with many stores, restaurants, and one of its attractions is a rooftop viewpoint, the highest point in Lisbon. In addition to a spacious living area and kitchenette, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms and a social bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, and all main appliances, including a clothes dryer, large 50-inch TV, and much more.
