Such a prime location - close enough to the action, but still quiet and safe. Walkable from subway and train station. Clean and comfy. AC was so helpful. No notes.. would book again.

When we arrive it was nice and smooth. Very welcoming. We had a problèm with the hot water but was repair after we told them. They said we will have a compensation but we got nothing.

Loved everything about our room and our stay. Exceptionally helpful staff; clean and spacious kitchen; beds very comforable; within walking distance of all the major sites; and a grocery store around the corner. This was our first time in Lisbon. We would definitely come back here.

Great location, close to everything. Lots of great restaurants and shops. We did however have an issue with the plumbing. Our first night there, we checked in, showered and left for dinner. When we got back, the room stunk of sewage so badly you could barely stand it and the toilet was blocked. We were unable to use the facilities through the night. They did come the next day and repaired, but the bathroom still had a very foul smell for the remainder of the stay. I will say that the following morning when I called to see if someone was coming to repair, they did offer me the option of another room (if there was one available). We chose to stay in the same room, because we did not feel like moving again. Aside from that issue, everything else was fine.

Their was a sewerage issue in our room and the stench was unbearable. The Mander’s and staff at the FLH Memória were as helpful as they could be. They put is in their hotel the first night and got technician to the room. It was improved but still smelt and we had to sleep there because there was no other option. Hotels.com were uncontactable and the owner had not responded to the hotel by the time we left.

love the location

We love the location,walking distance from Rossio metro station. many restaurants nearby. just be mindful,Lisbon is the city of hills,prepare to walk up and down.

Lovely!

I stayed at this place as a solo traveler and really enjoyed it! The room was really charming and the location was magical. It’s located right next to Alfama, close to different restaurants, cafeterias, shops, Cathedral Se, Castelo de S. Jorge, Arco da Rua Gusta, metro Rossio. And you can actually walk to different areas from here, not necessarily take public transport if you like to explore. I didn’t find it noisy at all but I was here in March when it’s less tourists in town. I would definitely come back!! ⭐️

Good for location.

The room was super nice and located in a great spot. Would have given this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the pungent sewer smell in the bathroom. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything… I mean everything. Road noise was ok as we are use to it back home. Good price and convenient.

I very much enjoyed the convenience of being right downtown. It is on a busy street so street noise is noticeable at night. It is quite incognito from the outside which could be a plus. The concierge at the Memoria was very helpful with tourist suggestions. Would do it again.
