Place is inexpensive. If you are on a budget and dont mind inconveniences this is the only place you will find in lisbon for this price. Chai wallah near by is stellar!! Cheap yet tasty food available until late night! . On the flip side, the place looks rundown, and is full and has a musky odor. Not for us. Bathrooms were decent, but no soap, towel and other conveniences of a hotel. this is literally a place to sleep and to cleanup and change. thats it.

I booked the Economy Studio Suite which should have been nice based on the pictures. Turns out this type of room no longer exists due to renovation. Now all rooms are shared rooms according to the receptionist. What a scam. I knew refund would also be a lie so I insisted on asking for a private room like having a shared room alone, or having a private room at the owner's other properties. Finally got a double room (normally not for guest) at the same property, only full of bed bugs. Bunch of blood stains on the white bed sheet caused by smashed bed bugs which had sucked my blood proves my point I think. What a nightmare.

it was in a super unsafe area- when we tried getting a refund- expedia said they couldn't issue one due to the hostle not answering despite having in person them saying we can get a FULL refund.

Horrible très sale du bruit tous le temps y’a aucun coin cuisine pour manger les sales de bains c’est tjrs hors service ne y’a rien qui fonctionne . Les prise sont arracher c’est très dangereux Le personnel est agressive n’ont pas un coin d’accueil très sale Vente de drogue dans l’établissement par les occupants à fuir 2 pire expérience à Lisbonne je n’est jamais vu un état pareil dans un autre pays .

Ho prenotato la camera doppia (con bagno…. In teoria) conscio delle recensioni negative che però erano limitate al dormitorio. Dalle foto sembrava decente ma poi la realtà è stata alquanto peggiore (nonostante si partisse dal basso). Già dall’ingresso si capisce che qualcosa non va visto che dietro il “banco check-in” c’è un accozzaglia di cose varie (frighi spenti, caschi, estintori scarichi). Fate attenzione al fatto del se avete pagato la tassa di soggiorno o meno perché a me la stavano per far pagare due volte. Arrivo in stanza e la trovo “un po’ diversa” sporca a livelli indecenti. Si scusano e propongono di pulirla oppure di rimborsare totalmente la cifra, vado per la seconda. Ovviamente non è mai successo, nonostante mi abbiano inviato una mail dove se ne impegnavano (non è servita a nulla, Hotels non ha ricevuto il nullaosta). Ho dormito in un altro hotel.

I had booked a 3 nights stay and after just one night, I found it necessary to leave due to te poor quality of the accommodation. The conditions of the hotel did not matched the images ad descriptions provided in hotel.com, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room was not cleaned, the bathrooms did not have lock, no pillows, no towels, no toilet paper, no heater. I had booked a room with a private toilet and it was a shared toilet. Upon our arrival the check in took more than 1hr to have the room ready. And I had to incur in unplanned costs staying somewhere else on the second night. accommodations from your website to avoid dissatisfaction with customers. I had a very unpleasant experience during this holiday trip. Dec 28, 2024, 10:54:10 PM No compensation was offered, they just cancelled the booking and they advised to contact hotel.com directly to obtain the refund.

L’accueil laisse à désirer, nous sommes arrivés en retard à cause de notre vol et nous avons prévenue. Sur le site l’accueil est ouvert jusqu’à minuit. Nous sommes arrivées à minuit pile. Le patron a faillit nos laisser dehors nous avons du négocier. À la fin de notre séjour il nous a proposé d’échanger nos numéros pour plus de faciliter car nous ne sommes pas du coin. Pour au final me draguer ouvertement . Pas agréable, prise qui ne fonctionne pas.

Aucune punaises de lit pour ma part, j’ai eu très peur vu les dernières commentaires mais la literie était confortable, la chambre spacieuse et excepté le rideau qui ne tenait pas très bien tout était plutôt cool :). Rue un peu bruyante mais bon l’hôtel n’y peut rien. Pour le prix nous avons était très satisfait de la chambre.

Fuyez !!!!! Nous avons été dévorés par des centaines de punaises de lit ! Nous avons dû quitter le logement avec nos enfants en pleine nuit ! On était dans les rues de Lisbonne à 2:00 du matin en train de cher her un nouvel hôtel. Nous avons dû faire laver tous nos bagages et toutes nos affaires à l’intérieur. Un cauchemar !!
