Very tiny room but with excellent services,

The hotel team are excellent - always smiling and kind. The receptionists were very helpful in recommending places and provided adaptors for our chargers. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably. The restaurant barmen, provided ice and also pot of hot water for us to bring into our room as a solution. luckily there is an outdoor garden seating area just outside our room which we use as a seating area. The House Keeping team is also very responsive and helpful when we called for help due to the blocked drain.

Nice hotel and great breakfast

Staff friendly and the breakfast is good, it will be good if change something’s daily for the client who stay few days. One thing disappointment, the 4 star hotel don’t have umbrella borrow for the clients during the rainy day

Staff were great and recommended an authentic Portuguese restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was a good start to the day. I wish we’d stayed for a night when there was a show. I’d love to come back and see one.

The drinks at the bar are worth the pricetag. Amerguinha sour for a night cap does the job and it's the best drink I've had in a while. The breakfast buffet is quite good and powers you up for the rest of the day . Bed is quite confortable. And impeccable service from the staff. Little minus doors from the staircase clanks quite hard. And our AC had a little rattle noise but nothing too bad . Overall great experience and ez to comute everywhere from there

Amazing location, wonderful staff who made us feel at home. Room size was a bit small, but didn't impact our experience whatsoever. We especially loved our interactions with the restaurant staff, specifically Vladimir who was very knowledgeable, humorous and overall a great human being.

Super situation, assez central pour les marcheurs, station de métro proche pour moins marcher. Le cabaret est un gros plus, le décors de l'hôtel est d'ailleurs tourner autour. Le petit déjeuner est parfait Pour un retour à Lisbonne, je n'hésiterais pas à prendre le même hôtel.

Overall, disappointing for a 4* hotel. Cabaret themed hotel in excellent location just off Avenida da Liberdade and a 3 minute walk to the Metro. Facilities wise, no gym, no spa and no room service. Deluxe double room recently refurbished to a high standard, nice deccor and very clean. However, lack of basic furniture. No desk, no chair and no wardrobe ( the clothes rails suspended from the ceiling are an eyesore). And worst of all, no fridge! The small safe was in a very awkward location. In a corner behind the curtains and just 8 inches above the floor. For anyone with a bad back (like myself) its almost inaccessible. The hot food selection at breakfast was only lukewarm and went cold within a few minutes. Nothing worse than a cold fried egg! Due to the general lack of facilities I would not rate hotel Maxime any higher than 7/10.
