Good location close to the airport and easy access to main parts of Lisbon by public transport. Courteous staff. Prepaid buffet breakfast was worth the price. Room was comfortable and clean. Only reason why 4 stars have been allotted is that parts of the bathroom were run down and need to be fixed.

The room was spacious. There was a mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room. The beds were very comfortable. We also liked the fact that there was no additional scents pumped into the room. We also liked that the drapes overlap to get better blackout. And it was all very clean. As for complaints, we would have preferred a room with a double or queen bed but I suppose that was my fault for not checking. We didn't like the opaque glass window from the bath tub into the bedroom. I got up extra early to do some work and when using the bathroom, the light glared into the room and woke up my wife. Also, the lack of receptacles in or near the bathroom to connect a hair straightener or a small hand held steamer was annoying. We'll have to start travelling with our own 6m extension cord to use at hotels. An extra key card is required since you need to keep one to keep the power on in the room.

We booked a room listed as 2 single or 1 double bed. You would think that they would have assigned us a room with a double bed but NO. We were given a room with 2 single beds. The desk staff clearly saw a married couple check in. You would think that they would at least ask!

The staff spoke English and helped us out. Everything was great and area restaurants and stores offered good value for the money. We used the pool once, water was a bit cold and hot tub was out of service.

Practical location from the airport. Spacious room. Some minor problems here and there, like the elevator buttons not working properly, one switcher not working, etc. The gym had a tropical feeling as the pool was just a few meters away & the changing rooms / showers there smelled mold and didn’t have hot water from the shower.

La chambre est grande, propre et pas trop loin du centre-ville. En revanche, plusieurs équipements et services n’étaient pas à la hauteur : le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, la piscine était assez froide et le sauna à peine chaud. Certains autres services n’étaient également pas disponibles. J’avais notamment demandé un câble HDMI pour pouvoir connecter mon appareil à la télévision, mais l’hôtel n’en avait pas. En revanche, le buffet était vraiment très bon et le personnel était très réactif et disponible. Malgré les quelques points négatifs concernant les équipements, le séjour reste globalement agréable.

The elevator by the reception area gave us a fright the 3 time we used it, where it stopped in mid service, made some clunking noise and was stuck for a few long seconds. After that it went out of service. The room is basic and dated but serves the purpose. Bed was comfortable and clean. The receptionists seemed to feel like they are security more. Feels like being screened by homeland security than being welcomed. Maybe it’s a cultural thing or they needed to perform duel duties. The lady at reception the next morning was much was nicer, softer.
