Villa 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, 2 wc, with lawned garden, a vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables, overlooking the mountains, is located in a very quiet and silent, near (2 kms) of diverse and beautiful beaches such as Praia Grande, Praia das Macas and Praia da Adraga. It is also within 12 miles of Sintra. The 30 kms have very Ericeira known mainly in the surfing world. The house is equipped with satellite TV 42-inch, home cinema system, Wi-Fi

Nice stay

The location of the house is amazing for our family being close to friends, beach and local amenities. Rodrigo took care of our needs always with a friendly smile.

Convenient location

The house is quite spacious with one bedroom with twin and truncle, one with twin, one with double and one with queen so could sleep 4-6. Nice grill to use which we did. Fish market about half mile down towards beach and grocery store about quarter mile toward Sintra (small but had everything we needed). Sintra was about 15 minutes away. Parking is always a problem but we went later in day so were able to find a spot both days. You can drive to Moor castle or Pena Palace but parking could again be an issue. We took bus (434) which cost 7Euro roundtrip. The young ones (mid-20s') enjoyed Quintes De Regalia especially the inverted tower and tunnels. We also went to Paiva Walkways, long drive each way, but a beautiful hike. I dropped 4 at the A-side and drove over to the Epicunca side and met the others on the way down. The A-side has very steep stairs that go on for a while. If you go to the A-side go all the way down to the water to park, do not park at the top at the first parking lot. Afterwards we went to Avinho or the Venice place for dinner. Cute town. We also took Viamar ferry one day to Belingas Island. Nice boat. You are there for 4 hours and can walk to the fort and then hang out on the beach or get 10 beers for 10 Euros. The town of Pinenche was also very nice. So the house was in a great location to do these activities and also 40 minutes to the airport.

Nous avons passé de supers vacances, en immersion avec les portugais.

La maison est spacieuse et idéale pour 6 personnes. Les pieces de vie et de sommeil sont bien séparées. Elle est conforme à la description faite par le propriétaire. Le quartier est calme. La voiture est nécessaire pour se deplacer à la plage et à Sintra. Le seul petit bémol est l’odeur de la canalisation dans la suite parentale.

Belle maison dans une région magnifique

Nous avons passé trois semaines en famille au mois d'août dans la villa de Rodrigo. La maison est grande, bien équipée, très agréable et confortable. Le jardin est très beau et les enfants y ont beaucoup joué. Le quartier est calme. La région surtout est magnifique et classée au patrimoine mondiale de l'UNESCO. La montagne de Sintra et le parc naturel Sintra-Cascais offrent une variété de balades et de visites culturelles vraiment merveilleuses (châteaux, palais, couvents, jardins botaniques). Lisbonne n'est pas loin non plus. Et les plages sont très belles (avec un océan assez frais mais on peut se baigner). Bref un cocktail parfait pour des vacances étonnantes.
