「Lovely hotel with great breakfast.」

「Staff to a person were friendly and personable and professional. Room was clean with all systems functioning well. Location is in the Historic District in attractive neighborhood. It is at the intersection of two quite busy roads but road noise was not an issue. Standard hotel free breakfast is served in a very pleasant room. Afternoon wine and cheese in the lobby is a nice touch. All in all, a pleasant stay.」

「Management responsive however lacked basic supplies in kitchen as well as cleaning supplies in bathrooms and kitchen. 5 adults over 65 stayed here. Lots of stays all over so base on experience. 」

「WARNING: This property is dangerously maintained, infested, and the listing is highly inaccurate. The host management (TYCA) was defensive and unhelpful when issues were raised.We found live cockroaches. A major issue confirmed by previous reviews noting the host knew about the problem and had placed poison out. This is a severe health and hygiene failure.The house has multiple maintenance failures:• Interior stairs are dangerously steep with a loose tread.• A broken floorboard in the kitchen...

「应该算Avon星级最高的酒店了，地点和外部环境不错，不过对游客来说住宿体验一般。首先，酒店的所谓欧陆早餐太简陋，基本上是汽车旅馆级别的，有钱的话还是去旁边的餐厅吃吧，酒店的附属餐厅还不错。其次，房间和设施比较老旧，床单居然有破损痕迹。最离谱的是我在网上全款预定，到酒店后还要收每天十几美金的所谓服务费，让人难以理解，总之，今后应该不会再选择这家酒店了，之前不适合旅行的人。」
