“Stayed at house for 5 nights, used it as a home base to vacation in the area. this is a great place to stay, the owners are a great family, the house is as listed, keep better then any hotel we have stayed at. if you compare this to a hotel, this is the only way to go. Will book again.”

“We stayed for 2 nights while we explored the local beaches before he headed to Sarasota. The neighborhood wasn't great but we never felt uncomfortable. The apartment and decorations were cute and sufficient for our needs. The beds weren't terribly comfortable and the road noise was bad.. I actually slept on the couch the 2nd night and I'm not a light sleeper. Suggestions: The lint trap in the dryer had over an inch of lint, thankfully we checked. “Andrea was grest and so responsive from the get go. She made it so easy and when we had questions she answered so quickly. Her place was amazing! No problems with 4 guys on a golf trip. The outdoor sitting area is great to relax in after a hard day on the course. Thanks, Andrea!!”

“My son and I take an annual fishing vacation. This property had everything we needed. The hosts were very nice and attentive without being obtrusive. “My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this home on this property. It was very relaxing and the beach truly is just a short walk away. An osprey visited every night on a tree by the inlet and stayed until the next morning. We saw manatees each day too in the inlet. This home was very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere about it. Julie was excellent in communicating with. I'll definitely choose this home again should I ever go back to the area.”

“Clean, beautiful and everything you need to relax We really did enjoy ourselves. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was not far from several different beaches/activities. Only reason for the overall rating of a 4 was the beds were very firm (bottom bunk beds where more comfortable for us compared to king bed) and security lighting on 24/7 without blackout curtains in bedrooms (this could be oir error. There might have been a way to turn them off and we just didnt know how/were).”

Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets.
