The property was very unique with the Rock theme. The lobby was very pleasant to hang out in. I especially liked the fireplace and the pool and shuffleboard tables. The outside are was wonderful too.

Stayed for my wife's birthday thought the hotel was very nice. Only issue was when a maid walked in without knocking and walked out without saying a word.

Good quiet room but the main lobby was exceedingly loud. There was absolutely no parking available at 6 pm when I checked in because of a wedding in the event space across from the hotel. I was told “Maybe you can come back later once the wedding is done”

Thank you Sara for the feedback. Its unfortunate that a super popular hotel on a Saturday night would warrant such a negative review, but we truly hope you enjoyed the other aspects of your stay. You checked in solo while your partner waited in the car for over 10 solid minutes in our front vestibule - all while many cars came and went into many different parking spots, so I find this comment a little confusing. Our front desk explains that after weddings/events, more spaces do free up - but we have SEVERAL lots on our campus, so even with a wedding, it would have been rare to not find a single spot. My apologies again, but I hope that wouldn't deter you from a future stay. We are a VERY popular hotel/nightlife spot, and we're always here to answer any questions or concerns - thanks again!

We came for one night but ended up staying for three. We love the town of Lititz and this hotel just gives us another reason to visit. The hotel restaurant offered great food and drinks, fun bartenders! We used the gym and much enjoyed the pool and hot tub afterwards. Beds and pillows and linens were very comfy! Staff were kind and helpful. We enjoyed a guitarist and jazz concert next door. Highly recommend. So much to do!

From the moment you walk in The door, check in at the counter, and make your journeys to your room. Everything is just amazing! The colors, the rock ‘n’ roll style, The whole ambience was amazing. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the darkening blinds were perfect for a nice wonderful rock sleep. Will be going back there again and highly recommend anyone coming to the area or even locally staying in the hotel.

Loved the hotel! Very cool place. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Most of the staff were friendly. The food in the dining room was excellent. Ate there 3 times. The first two times had a great experience. The 3rd time we were pretty much ignored and got up and left but they were really busy. Had fun playing pool in the lobby. Would definitely come back.

I loved my stay. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff greeted us whenever we passed by the front desk. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well equipped. The sheets were very soft and light. I sleep hot and I was cool throughout the night. Parking was ample and there is a brewery across the street. Not far from Wilbur chocolate factory and restaurants. I will return.

The room was clean overall with the exception of a couple minor items that were overlooked. There was some food residue on an item on the welcome table with complimentary water bottles & the decorative pillows smelled terrible. We immediately took them off the bed upon noticing the smell. We stayed two nights, the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. The bed was stiff and the pillows were too. The pillows were so stuffed my neck was killing me. I wish they offered softer pillows. We were greeted by a friendly lady (Kiersten) which started our stay there lovely. We had a great time but when I went to check out, a tall lady with redish/light hair & glasses was not the most pleasant. The restaurant Per Diem was delicious. We went there for dinner & loved everything we had including the local beer.

Excellent, intriguing property. Very music oriented. Mickey’s Black Box for entertainment. Very close to the walkable downtown area of Lititz, Pennsylvania. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. Hotel was clean, very comfortable and up to date. We did not eat there, or use any other hotel amenities.
