"Reservation was for a 2 queen bed suite with in room jacuzzi, this type of room doesnt even exist here. Pool was freezing cold and full of algae. Receptionist was so high at 815pm that she was sleeping standing up at the desk. Almost fell over multiple times. "

The staff were friendly, professional, and made check‑in smooth. I really appreciated the free hot breakfast, t was well stocked and better than most hotel breakfasts. The location right off I‑70 made it easy to get around Columbia, and the indoor pool and fitness center were a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable, comfortable, and well‑maintained place to stay. I would definitely return"
